We start with the Impact Management Project’s framework and add our own filters to make sure every company we include is financially strong, ethically sound, and making a real difference.

Here’s what we look for:

• Scale and Sector: Companies with a market cap over $1 billion, operating in future-focused industries like clean energy, sustainable agriculture, ethical consumption, wellbeing, and waste management.

• Strong Financials: EBITDA over $500 million and post-tax profits above $100 million. We want businesses that can grow and sustain impact.

• Leadership and Ethics: We assess executive teams for values and vision, and screen out companies involved in human rights abuses, environmental harm, or misconduct.

We finish with stress-tested financial modelling to give you confidence in both impact and potential returns.
